Backpacks and excessively large bags cannot be brought in. Bags are inspected at entry; the FAQ does not give a numeric size limit.

Entry includes a metal detector and thorough bag check. Door times are set per event.

Only street parking is available; Neumos has no official parking partners.

For an accessible seat, purchase a ticket and submit the venue’s request form at least 36 hours in advance on weekdays. Limited regular mezzanine seating is first come first served.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted at a show.

Ticket delivery options include AXS Mobile ID, will call and mail. Paper tickets may be bought in person through the venue’s Runaway box office during its operating hours.
