Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags may not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 inches. One-gallon clear freezer bags and clutches up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches are also permitted.

Doors open 90 minutes before men's basketball for general fans, 105 minutes before for other designated fans, and 60 minutes before women's basketball.

Lots immediately around the arena are donor-reserved. Public parking is at Truman's Landing, with a free pregame and postgame shuttle from its south entrance.

The venue has not published specific rideshare guidance on its official venue or guest-information pages.

Accessible seating is reserved for guests with disabilities or mobility needs and their companions. Guest Services near Section 211 provides wheelchair assistance and sensory kits.

Concession stands operate throughout the arena, with a Club Level stand reserved for Club Level guests. Select stands offer $2.99 hot dogs, popcorn, chips, 16-ounce fountain sodas, and 12-ounce Dasani water.

Guests may not re-enter Mizzou Arena after exiting.

Public will call is at the main Mizzou Ticket Office windows on the north side; a valid photo ID is required, and the purchaser must pick up the tickets.
