Bags, purses and backpacks larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches are prohibited; smaller bags are subject to the event security policy.

The Halo Bar offers early admission before the main doors for concert ticket holders, subject to capacity. Check the show listing for the main door time.

The house policies do not give a fixed concert parking lot or rate; check the operator’s venue information.

The Pageant uses ramps to reach its tiers and provides an elevator; contact staff about an accessible viewing arrangement.

Outside beverages and beverage containers, including bottles, cups and flasks, are prohibited. Halo Bar provides a preshow bar and early entry when space permits.

Guests over 21 may re-enter with a valid hand stamp or wristband. Guests under 21 cannot re-enter after leaving.
