Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags and equipment bags are prohibited; the theatre does not specify dimensions for smaller bags.

Guests pass through walk-through metal detectors; door time is set per show. Quick Pass uses a separate line when public doors open and still requires an event ticket.

Parking is on local streets or in nearby paid lots; obey residential parking permits.

The theatre guide does not publish a rideshare pickup or drop-off point.

Buy a regular ticket and notify security on show day if an ADA-section chair is required; the venue recommends arriving at or before posted door time. Alternate security screening and service-animal entry are available.

Theatre concessions are cashless, and outside food and beverages are prohibited.

The theatre FAQ and policies do not state whether guests may re-enter after leaving.

Most tickets are delivered through AXS Mobile. The show-day box office opens one hour before doors and charges a $2.50 in-person ticket fee.
