Fillmore Auditorium

Bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches may enter after search; nonclear bags get extra screening. Large bags and backpacks are barred.

Doors generally open one hour before showtime, and the time on a ticket is the door time. Metal-detector and bag screening apply at entry.

The Fillmore does not own or operate public parking. Guests should use independently operated nearby lots or street spaces.

The venue allows passenger drop-off at the corner of Colfax Avenue and Clarkson Street. It does not publish a dedicated post-show rideshare pickup zone.

Accessible seating can be purchased ahead of time for general admission shows; check with Guest Services at arrival for an escort. Some areas have stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.

Concessions are cashless and accept debit, credit and mobile payment. Outside food and beverages, including sealed and refillable water bottles, are prohibited.

The Fillmore Auditorium does not permit re-entry after a guest leaves.

All events use mobile tickets on a phone; tickets are not sent for printing. For phone issues, visit the event-day box office with ID; it opens three hours before doors.
