Germania Insurance Amphitheater

The amphitheater has a specific 2026 bag policy: a clear tote up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches or a one-gallon clear bag; small nonclear clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 × 2 inches are permitted. Bags are searched at entry.

Guests enter through Grand Plaza gates after metal-detector and bag screening. Parking opens an hour before gates, while actual gate time is given on each event listing.

Standard parking in Lots E, F and H is included with the concert ticket. Upgrades are typically in Lots C and D, and parking opens one hour before gates unless the event says otherwise.

The official concert rideshare and taxi drop-off and pickup area is Lot E; other lots are not approved for passenger pickup.

Accessible seats are available in sections 102–106 and 202–206 and on the GA lawn. Complimentary accessible parking is in Lots E, F and H with a valid placard, and wheelchair escorts can be requested at Guest Services.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited. An empty, reusable collapsible water bottle or cup up to 20 ounces is allowed.

No re-entry is allowed after leaving the gates.

Tickets are delivered digitally as mobile QR codes through Ticketmaster and presented on a phone at the gate. The Grand Plaza Box Office opens two hours before gates for event-day accessible-ticket sales, subject to availability.
