Bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches are permitted and searched; nonclear bags may receive additional screening. Backpacks and drawstring bags are barred.

The box office opens at doors on show days, and security screening takes place at the main entrance. Check the show listing for its exact door time.

The venue advises using street parking where available and following posted signs. AutoZone, Club Carnaval and Taco More lots tow or boot unauthorized vehicles.

The venue recommends rideshare and directs drop-offs to the front of its security screening lanes.

The main entrance is accessible. Accessible viewing is first come first served, accessible stalls are in all restrooms, and accessible parking is in front of the main entrance by security.

Beer, wine, spirits and nonalcoholic beverages are sold throughout the venue. Transactions are cashless and accept major cards and Apple Pay.

The venue does not allow guests to leave and return during a show.
