Galen Center

Galen Center enforces a clear-bag policy for all events. Each guest may bring one clear bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches; all guests are screened by metal detector, and there is no on-site bag check.

Galen Center says door times vary for special events and directs guests to event information for the applicable time. Its athletics guidance lists 90 minutes before men's basketball and 60 minutes before women's basketball and volleyball.

Galen Center recommends the Figueroa Street, McCarthy Way, Royal Street, and USC Shrine parking structures. USC structures are cashless, first-come first-served until full, and daily parking begins at $20 with rates varying by event.

Rideshare and taxi passengers may be picked up and dropped off at the passenger loading zone west of Galen Center on Figueroa Street.

Galen Center says the facility is accessible to all guests and has two ADA-compliant entrances with stairless access. Guests needing ticket or accessibility assistance may contact the USC Ticket Office.

Galen Center states that alcohol is available for purchase at all events for guests age 21 or older with valid ID. The reviewed FAQ does not publish a complete food or concession-vendor list.

Galen Center does not allow re-entry after a guest exits the arena.

All Galen Center tickets are distributed digitally. The USC Ticket Office is outside near the North doors; the venue's published will-call instructions are sport-specific, so the reviewed guidance does not state one universal concert pickup procedure.
