Bags must be smaller than 12 × 12 inches. Backpacks and large purses are prohibited; the venue cannot check oversized items.

Door times are listed by event; the box office is open only on show days and will call begins at doors or meet-and-greet check-in.

The venue is at 1050 S. Hill Street and links to reservable nearby parking through ParkWhiz; it does not list a fixed event parking price.

The main floor has an ADA area reached by ramp, with accessible restrooms; there is no elevator. Request assistive listening at least two days ahead or an interpreter at least two weeks ahead.

The Belasco offers food and beverage packages and has accessible concession stands; outside food and beverages are prohibited.

The venue does not permit guests to leave and come back in.
