Clear bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and nonclear bags up to 6 × 9 inches are allowed; all are inspected. Hydration backpacks and oversized luggage are prohibited.

Follow on-site signs to the assigned parking area and entry gate. Gate-opening times vary by event, and the venue publishes an entry map in its FAQ.

Main Field Parking is included with concert admission; follow staff into the onsite field. Accessible spaces are in Lot 3 of Main Field Parking, and Premium Field Parking can be purchased separately.

The venue has a designated Uber/Lyft drop-off and pickup area and recommends arranging pickup in advance. Accessible passenger drop-off is separately in Main Field Parking by the main pedestrian walkway.

Accessible spaces are in each parking area; Lot 3 serves Main Field Parking. Accessible concert seats can be bought through the official ticket map.

Concession stands take cards and mobile pay only. Outside food and beverages are prohibited except food for medical or dietary needs in a clear one-gallon plastic bag.

No re-entry after leaving without a new ticket, except when management instructs guests otherwise, such as for a weather evacuation.

Will-call tickets may be collected on show days at the box office with a photo ID matching the buyer’s name. The box office opens one hour before showtime.
