Cannery Hall

Purses and other bags must be smaller than 12 × 12 inches and are searched. Backpacks, large bags and tote bags are prohibited.

Doors open at the time printed on the concert ticket. The entrance is at 1 Cannery Row, and guests may line up at the front on show day.

The venue reports paid parking close to the building but does not publish a specific lot name or price on its FAQ.

The Cannery Hall FAQ does not publish a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off location.

The box office handles ADA arrangements. Guests seeking an accommodation should contact the venue and arrive 10–15 minutes before doors.

The venue has bars that remain open as long as practical during shows. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Guests aged 21 or older may re-enter except at all-ages shows; those shows have no re-entry. Bags are searched again on return.
