Opaque clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 × 2 inches or clear bags up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches with at most two pockets are allowed. Inspected medical and diaper bags are exceptions.

Doors usually open 60 or 90 minutes before showtime according to the specific listing. Most events use mobile tickets displayed with a QR code on a phone.

Advance parking reservations are strongly advised because paid parking near the arena is limited. Downtown shuttles for concerts cost $10 per person, boarding at Liberty and Barnard Streets.

The dedicated rideshare pickup and drop-off area is Lot B; drivers enter from West Gwinnett Street.

All building entrances have wheelchair-accessible ramps; contact an arena attendant for assistance.

Outside food, drinks and containers are prohibited, except items for infants such as baby bottles and formula. Food and drinks are sold inside.

The arena prohibits re-entry after leaving, except for any explicitly announced event exception.

The ticket office opens three hours before showtime on event days. VIP will-call tickets follow the tour’s pickup instructions and are not distributed by the arena ticket office.
