Soft-sided bags no larger than 14 × 14 × 6 inches are permitted after search. Medical and diaper bags of the same size are screened; there is no bag check, and concert restrictions may vary.

Bag and guest searches occur at stadium entry. Concert gate arrangements and any changes to the general guest policy are determined by the individual event.

The stadium has nearly 5,000 parking spaces, with general lots A, AA, B, BB, C, D, E, F, G and H. More than 100 accessible spaces are distributed among lots, first come first served with valid credentials.

Rideshare, taxi and passenger pickup and drop-off use Lot H on the west side of the stadium, near Gate G and accessed along 60th Avenue.

Accessible parking has over 100 spaces, primarily in Lots A, B, C and F, with additional spots in G and H. Display a valid disability plate or placard and request assistance from Guest Relations on the west concourse near Section 129.

Food and drinks are sold in the stadium; outside food and beverages are generally prohibited. One sealed clear plastic water bottle or an empty clear plastic bottle of 32 ounces or less is allowed under the general policy, but concert rules may vary.

Guests who exit the park for any reason cannot re-enter with the same ticket.

Will Call is at the Main Box Office on the west side; bring your own photo ID. The guide says the box office opens 90 minutes before an event, while ordinary ticket purchases are online and delivered electronically.
