Bags larger than 14 × 14 inches, backpacks, luggage, briefcases and duffels are prohibited. Security uses walk-through metal detectors at entry.

Guests enter through walk-through metal detectors. A purchased Quick Pass uses a dedicated line when public doors open, but it does not give earlier admission.

On-site paid parking in North Wynkoop lots is first come first served and available as an AXS ticket add-on; unsold spaces may be paid for at the lot. Overnight parking is not allowed.

After shows, rideshare pickup is at the lot on the corner of 39th Street and Wynkoop Street.

Service animals are allowed. Guests needing alternative security screening can request an accommodation from staff.

Concession purchases are cashless. Outside food and beverages are prohibited; Guest Services can help with cashless payments.

The Mission Ballroom’s FAQ and policies pages do not publish a general rule about leaving and re-entering a concert.

Most tickets are delivered in the AXS app; the box office opens an hour before doors on show days. The FAQ does not give a separate will-call pickup procedure.
