Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches and wallet-sized clutches up to 5 × 8 inches are allowed. Medical and parenting bags may be inspected as exceptions.

Entrances are at the northwest and northeast corners of the arena. Doors open about 60 minutes before most events, but the time can vary.

Two garages west of the center have about 2,100 spaces, with published event parking of $5–$15. Parking has no in-and-out privileges.

The arena A–Z and directions pages do not list a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off point.

Elevators are in the north lobby; accessible seating is listed at the tops of Sections 103, 104, 109, 117, 120, 122 and 123.

Food and beverage services operate inside; outside food and drinks are prohibited. The center is cashless and accepts debit and credit cards.

The re-entry policy varies by event. Check the specific concert’s instructions before leaving.

The box office faces Gaylord Parkway on the north side and opens two hours before ticketed events, but the venue does not publish one universal will-call pickup procedure.
