Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and small clutches up to 6 × 9 inches are permitted. Every bag is subject to search.

The main entrance accepts all fans; premium seat holders can use the private Lot A entrance. Parking and gate times vary by show and are posted about one week beforehand; security uses detectors or pat-downs.

General grass-lot parking is included with a ticket; Reserved and VIP upgrades are in Lot A, and larger vehicles use Lot B. Lots generally open one hour before gates, and upgrade pass sales end 14 days before a show.

Tell parking attendants that you are using rideshare; they will direct the car. For pickups, arrive by 9 p.m. to access the Lot B pickup area.

Accessible parking in the paved lots is complimentary and first come, first served with a placard. Contact the venue at least two weeks before the concert to request an interpreter.

Food and drinks are sold at plazas throughout the grounds. Fans can also bring food in one clear one-gallon resealable bag per person.

Guests who leave cannot return without a new ticket.

Will-call tickets are picked up at the box office with a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name. The show-day box office opens when parking opens and closes when the headliner begins.
