Backpacks are prohibited, as are bags longer than 14 inches on their longest side. Small purses are permitted after search; tour restrictions may be tighter.

The event page states the door and show times; guests pass a bag search and walk-through metal detectors at all entrances.

Public parking is north of the amphitheater at the OKC Zoo and Science Museum; a free show-day people-mover trolley runs from the zoo lot to the venue. Limited accessible parking off Meyers Place requires a placard.

Use the designated pickup and drop-off point in the OKC Zoo lot, entering OKC Zoo Drive from NE Grand Boulevard.

An accessible viewing platform has tickets for a guest and companion. Limited accessible parking is near the entrance off Meyers Place; show a placard to the traffic attendant.

Food vendors attend every concert and bars sell alcohol to guests aged 21 or older. Outside food and drinks are prohibited, with an exception for medically required items in sealed containers.

Re-entry is not permitted unless the specific concert announces otherwise.

The venue says its show-day box office opens with doors but does not give a general Will Call collection procedure.
