Personal bags must be smaller than 12 × 12 × 12 inches and are searched. Backpacks are prohibited, with parenting, diaper, and medical bags allowed.

The arena guide identifies Gates A, B and C and Guest Services at Gate A, but does not publish a general door-opening time.

Parking is first come, first served, prices vary by event, and cash is not accepted. The venue lists Lot 22 for Gates A and B and Lot 6 for Gate C and the club; arrive early for concerts.

Re-entry is generally prohibited; guests seeking an emergency exception should visit Guest Services in the Gate A lobby.

The ticket office is at Gate A on the southwest corner and opens three hours before ticketed concert showtime; tickets are mobile only. The page does not specify a distinct will-call process.
