Union Transfer

All bags are searched. Small bags are permitted, but bags over 18 × 18 inches are prohibited and cannot be stored.

Each event page gives a separate door and show start time. The box office at 1026 Spring Garden Street opens at 5 p.m. on show nights, and all bags are searched at entry.

The staffed lot behind the building between 10th and 11th Streets and Nectarine and Buttonwood Streets opens at 6 p.m. and costs $20. Parking purchases are card only.

The venue FAQ does not specify a rideshare pickup or drop-off zone.

The main floor, lobby bars and restrooms are accessible. Email the venue before the show to arrange special seating, as there is no fixed disabled seating section.

Lobby bars accept cash and card; outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Once admitted, guests cannot leave and return. A designated outdoor smoking area is available for guests age 21 or older.

Will-call tickets can be picked up on show day beginning two hours before doors, typically 5 p.m., by the named purchaser with photo ID; will-call orders cannot be transferred.
