Clear bags up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches and one nonclear clutch up to 6 × 9 inches are permitted; a larger bag must be clear and stay within the size limit.

Gates generally open 60–120 minutes before showtime, but each show gives the exact time. Guests may pass through metal detectors, pat-downs and bag checks.

A parking pass is required: general parking is $20 plus tax when bought online or $25 on the event day. Lots normally open an hour before the scheduled gate time; overnight parking and tailgating are not allowed.

The designated passenger drop-off zone is outside the South Gate near the Uber Lot; follow staff directions.

Accessible parking is in A Lot near the box office, entered through South Gate, first come first served. A valid disability credential and a venue parking pass are required.

Food and drinks are sold inside and the venue is cashless, with free cash-to-card exchange at Guest Services. Guests may bring food in one clear one-gallon bag per person and up to one gallon of water in a sealed or empty plastic bottle.

The venue prohibits re-entry after leaving; a new ticket would be needed to return.

Will Call is at the box office between the main entry gates; bring a photo ID matching the purchasing name. The box office opens at noon on concert days.
