The Theater at Virgin Hotels

No backpacks or bags of any size are admitted; each attendee may bring one personal wallet or clutch no larger than 9 × 5 × 2 inches.

The box office is outside the main Theater entrance inside the resort and opens at 1 p.m. on event days. Each attendee aged four or older needs a ticket; check the event page for door time.

Self-parking at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is complimentary.

The Theater FAQ does not identify the hotel’s rideshare point. The hotel property map labels a resort rideshare area without giving a theater-specific meeting spot.

For specific accessible seating or other accommodations, the Theater asks guests to contact the box office staff.

There are full-service bars on all three theater levels. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Will Call is at the Theater box office during show hours; after closing, security and usher leads can access remaining will-call tickets. The box office outside the main theater entrance opens at 1 p.m. on event days and closes when the headliner starts.
