The Observatory

The indoor Observatory visit and accessibility pages do not publish a general bag size or clear-bag rule for indoor concerts. The separate Festival Grounds policy applies to outdoor shows.

The indoor Observatory entrance is at the front of the building; an accessible ramp leads into the main room. Check the individual show for its door time.

Parking is signed near the venue at West Lake Center Drive and South Harbor Boulevard. Pre-purchase is encouraged; remaining spaces are very limited and filled first come, first served.

The indoor Observatory visit page does not publish a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off area.

The main room has an accessible entry ramp, an ADA section and accessible restrooms near the stage. Request a sign-language interpreter at least two weeks before the show.

The indoor venue offers food and drinks on its patio and optional food-and-beverage packages in the balcony. The Fast Lane patio opens one hour before doors for select shows; general admission guests can use it once doors open.

Staff can assist a guest with a service animal to leave and re-enter for an animal relief break. The indoor venue does not publish a general re-entry rule for other guests.

The venue says its box office opens on show days about one hour before doors, but does not publish a separate will-call pickup procedure.
