Bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches are permitted after search; screening is required at entry.

Gates open at a show-specific time shown on the event detail page; patrons pass through a magnetometer and may request alternative hand screening.

General parking costs $25 in advance or $30 on show day and is first come first served in surrounding lots 1–4. The venue also sells North and South Lot upgrades.

Outside food and drink are generally prohibited, with a special picnic exception on designated Picnic Series concerts. The venue is cashless and can convert cash to a card at Guest Services.

Re-entry is prohibited at regular events. Picnic Nights are an exception allowing guests to return picnic supplies to their vehicles.

Will Call is at the venue Ticket Office; bring photo ID and the purchasing card. On concert days the office opens at 2 p.m. and closes at 9 p.m.
