Small purses and bags are allowed after search, without a clear-bag requirement. Large bags and backpacks, including laptop bags, are prohibited; no maximum dimensions are published.

The main entrance is at 777 Memorial Drive, with another accessible entrance at 800 Old Flat Shoals Road. The interval from doors to showtime is typically an hour; check the event listing.

Parking is available in the RT Dairies deck and a second deck on Old Flat Shoals Road. The deck gives the first 30 minutes free; rates are posted by the parking operator.

The Eastern’s venue FAQ names its entrances and parking decks but does not designate a rideshare pickup or drop-off curb.

Both the 777 Memorial Drive main entrance and the 800 Old Flat Shoals Road lower entrance are accessible. ADA viewing is on the floor and upper mezzanine; request an interpreter two weeks ahead.

Food and drinks are available on the rooftop during shows, opening at door time. Outside food and beverages and bottles are prohibited.

The venue’s published FAQ and prohibited-item rules do not state a general re-entry policy.

Will-call tickets can be collected from the venue box office on show night starting two hours before doors. The box office faces the Dairies Courtyard beside the main entrance.
