Single-compartment clutches or wallets up to 6 × 9 inches, or clear plastic or vinyl bags up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches, are allowed. All bags are searched at entry.

Doors usually open 60 minutes before showtime, but the individual event page controls. Expect metal-detector screening or a physical pat-down and a bag search.

Use the Gilley’s Dallas parking area; an attendant directs guests to general or VIP parking. The lot accepts credit cards and does not offer prepaid event parking.

The venue FAQ does not publish a designated rideshare pickup or drop-off location.

Accessible seats are available when booking; ask parking staff for the closest accessible lot or use the drop-off directly in front. Request an assistive listening device at least two days ahead or an interpreter at least four weeks ahead.

Beer, wine and spirits are available for purchase. Food service is not normally provided unless announced in advance; outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Leaving the venue ends admission; a new ticket is needed to enter again.
