Small bags are searched; bags larger than 14 × 14 inches, all backpacks, briefcases, luggage and duffels are prohibited. Coat check will not hold bags.

All guests pass through walk-through metal detectors and bags are inspected; there is no storage for restricted items. The listed event time is generally the door time, with music often beginning 30–60 minutes later.

There is no dedicated lot; public paid garages are available at 71, 40 and 80 Guest Street. These garages have accessible spaces.

The venue guide does not designate an app-based rideshare pickup or drop-off zone.

All entries are accessible, with ADA viewing in front of stage right and at the back of the balcony. Email the venue after buying a ticket to request accessible seating or ASL interpretation.

The venue has bars and a Guest Room private bar; it accepts cash, cards and contactless payment. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

The venue does not allow re-entry after leaving during the concert.

Will Call at the Roadrunner box office opens when doors open on event days. Fee-free tickets may also be bought at that box office on show nights.
