Clear bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches or small nonclear clutches, wristlets or fanny packs up to 6 × 9 inches are permitted after search; diaper bags are inspected at the south-side accessible entrance.

All bags are subject to search at the ticket gates. Guest Services is in the middle of the ticket gates; consult the show listing for gate times.

General parking is included with the ticket; Premier and VIP options are sold separately. Parking lots open about one hour before doors.

The operator’s visitor and arrival pages do not publish an official rideshare pickup point.

Accessible parking is first come, first served without a premium parking pass; accessible seating can be booked online. Guest Services is by the middle ticket gates.

Food and drinks are available inside; guests may bring food in a clear one-gallon bag and one empty bottle or factory-sealed water bottle up to one gallon.
