Backpacks and bags larger than 14 × 15 inches are prohibited. Smaller bags must fit under the seat or on a lap and are searched on arrival.

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early for bag search and walk-through metal detector screening. The Orpheum show-day box office opens two hours before showtime; each concert sets its door time.

Accessible spaces are available in the Hawthorne Municipal Ramp behind the Orpheum; its third-level skyway reaches the theater balcony. Other nearby downtown ramps may also be open.

Accessible seating accommodates the guest plus up to three ticketed companions. Request sign language interpretation at least two weeks ahead; listening devices are free from ushers with photo ID held until return.

Wine, beer, soft drinks and light snacks are sold inside. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except items needed for a disability or medical reason.

On show days, the Orpheum box office opens two hours before showtime. In the final hour before the show, it may serve only ticket needs for that performance.
