Minglewood Hall

Any bag brought to the hall is searched and must measure no more than 12 × 10 × 10 inches. The venue does not store oversized bags.

Check the specific event page for door and show times, which vary; allow extra time for security screening. A valid government photo ID is needed for 18+ or 21+ shows.

Nearby city-street parking is free and first come, first served; paid lots are east along Willett Street between Madison and Monroe. Do not use private lots behind Dunkin’ or Domino’s.

The venue has a dedicated rideshare pickup and drop-off area just outside its entrance.

Limited ADA parking, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and ADA viewing accommodations are available; ask venue staff for help when you arrive.

Two bars and food service operate inside; the bars accept major credit cards only. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except for medical or special needs raised with security on arrival.

The venue FAQ discusses the outside smoking patio but does not state a rule for leaving the property and re-entering.

Will Call tickets are available at the box office in the atrium of the Minglewood building, 1555 Madison Avenue. It opens two hours before each show and Fridays 1–6 p.m.
