A purse, clutch or bag up to 5 × 7 inches may be opaque; larger bags must be clear and are searched. The venue does not give a maximum dimension for clear bags.

A physical government photo ID is required for age-restricted shows; digital and paper IDs are rejected. All bags are searched at entry; the concert page gives that show’s door time.

Limited on-site parking costs $15 per vehicle. Larger shows may use the paid garage north of the theater; its price is not set on the venue FAQ. Accessible spaces require a placard or plate.

The venue FAQ mentions light rail and occasional pedal taxis but gives no designated rideshare stop.

The building is ADA compliant and has limited parking for guests with a valid disability placard or plate. Email the venue for specific accommodations.

Full bars operate in the venue, and pizza is served at most events along with a snack machine. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Re-entry is generally prohibited; the venue says staff can make exceptions for special circumstances.

Show the mobile ticket barcode or a printed ticket to enter. If tickets were lost, the box office can resend them on presentation of the purchasing credit card and ID.
