Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes up to 14 × 14 inches and small bags up to 5 × 8 × 1 inches are permitted. Oversized bags and backpacks are not.

The time on your ticket is the door-opening time; the music usually starts about an hour later. Most shows are general admission.

There are nearby Arena District garages; parking can be reserved online through the Arena District or Park Columbus.

The venue directions and operator FAQ do not designate a rideshare pickup point.

For general-admission concerts, ask Guest Services on arrival for an accessible seating arrangement. Contact the venue in advance about sign language interpretation.

Food and beverages are sold onsite; outside food and drinks are prohibited. Some shows have pre-show food and drink specials at the adjoining A&R Music Bar or Basement.

Almost all shows prohibit leaving and re-entering; confirm any show-specific exception before exiting.

Will Call opens about two hours before doors at the KEMBA Live! box office. Regular hours are Tuesday–Friday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and noon–9 p.m. on show days.
