One A4-size bag or standard handbag per person may enter; backpacks, laptop bags, travel cases and large totes are prohibited. Bags are checked at entry.

Follow the entrance on the ticket and have it ready for scanning; current security guidance asks guests to keep bags and coats on their person during screening.

On-site concert parking is reserved for approved Blue Badge applications; both the event parking pass and Blue Badge must be displayed.

The current stadium security and concert access pages do not designate a rideshare pickup point.

Accessible platform and ambulant seating use step-free entrances; standing tickets require about 55 steps and do not have accessible entry. Pre-approved Blue Badge parking needs an event pass.

Stadium food and drink stands take cashless card and contactless payment; outside food and drink must be finished before entry.

The venue’s published concert guide says tickets scan only once, so leaving prevents re-entry; check the current show’s guide for changes.

Hampden does not sell concert tickets and directs ticket issues to the SEC or the original seller; no universal Will Call pickup process is published.
