One clear plastic or vinyl bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, including a clear backpack, or one nonclear clutch up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches is permitted. Medical and child-accompanied diaper bags are inspected; no bag check is provided.

Tickets are usually mobile entry and screenshots are invalid. Consult the show page for opening times and allow time for bag inspection.

Over 6,000 on-site spaces serve the complex; parking prices depend on the event, and payment is cashless. Lots open at least one hour before showtime.

The Greensboro Complex parking page does not specify one official rideshare pickup point.

Marked spaces near the Coliseum main entrance need a state-issued placard or plate and are subject to the regular parking fee. Accessible tickets are sold by the venue ticket office.

Concession stands sell food and drinks and accept card payment only. Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless a special dietary need is arranged in advance.

Tickets generally allow only one entry; exiting prevents re-entry unless a specific event announces an exception.

Will Call opens two hours before ticketed events; show government ID and the purchasing credit card, with the same name on both. The Coliseum ticket office opens at noon on arena event days.
