For all events, clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 × 12 × 6 inches and wallets or small purses up to 6.5 × 4.5 × 1.5 inches are permitted. Medical and diaper bags are exceptions; backpacks are prohibited.

Security may use magnetometers, visual inspection, and bag checks at entry; refusing a search can result in denied admission. The guide does not give a universal door-opening time.

Use the event-specific patron parking map to identify open lots; the arena recommends allowing at least 45 minutes to park and enter. Prepaid parking is tied to a designated lot.

The Uber, Lyft and other rideshare pickup and drop-off zone is between University Drive and Belmont Street next to the Alumni and Friends Center.

A sensory room is on the ground level at west-side Lobby 3, and sensory kits can be requested from Guest Services with an ID held as collateral. A private lactation room is between west-side Lobbies 3 and 4.

The arena accepts cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards at concessions and provides no-fee reverse ATMs to convert cash.

Re-entry is prohibited, although a Guest Services supervisor may make an exception for medical or similar circumstances.
