Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches and one-gallon clear bags are permitted. Small nonclear clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches are also permitted; medically necessary items receive inspection.

The four main entrances are at the southwest corner by Legends Plaza, northwest by Lot 10, northeast by Lot 13 and Driveway D, and southeast by Lot 6. Door times depend on the event.

Several on-site lots offer general event parking, payable by credit card only. Prices depend on the event; accessible parking holders should enter the complex through vehicle Gates A, B or D.

The designated rideshare pickup and drop-off point is at the top of vehicle Gate A, off Avalon Boulevard and 184th Street.

Accessible parking is available through vehicle Gates A, B or D with a valid placard or plate. Guest Services can assist with wheelchair access, and selected concerts offer signed performances.

The venue operates cashless concession stands and has reverse ATMs for converting cash. Vegan options are listed at Melissa’s, Stand 9 on the east concourse.

The venue prohibits re-entry during events; an exception is made for guests accompanying a service animal to the animal relief area.

All tickets are delivered digitally through the AXS app; paper tickets are not issued. The main box office near Legends Plaza opens four hours before event start on event days.
