The athletics A–Z guide permits clear bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags and clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches. Medical exceptions are inspected; check concert-specific rules.

For basketball, all gates open 90 minutes before tip-off, with public entry at the north, east, south and west doors. Concert door times are not specified in this guide.

Alabama Athletics provides a Coleman Coliseum basketball parking map, but its A–Z guide does not specify concert parking lots or rates.

The venue has not published a concert rideshare pickup or drop-off zone in its Coliseum A–Z guide.

An elevator for guests needing access to higher rows is in the North Lobby. The first-aid room behind Sections N and O provides a private nursing area.

Levy operates the athletics concessions, which accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The venue prohibits outside food and drink except approved medically necessary snacks.

The Coliseum A–Z guide says guests cannot leave and re-enter on a scanned ticket; every entry requires an unscanned ticket.

For athletics games, public will call is at the North Doors and requires a photo ID; the ticket office opens two hours before weekend or evening tip-off. Concert will-call arrangements are not listed.
