Fast Lane operates at Gates 1 and 2 but does not admit before the posted door time. Gates usually open about one hour before the concert, subject to the event page.

Nine lots surround the venue; a parking pass is required per car. General parking costs $20 online in advance or $25 on event day; lot opening depends on the show.

Pickup and drop-off use Walnut Creek Athletic Complex, 1007 Birch Ridge Drive; tell the driver to enter Birch Ridge Drive.

Accessible parking is reached from the Rock Quarry entrance in lanes 2 or 3 and requires a disability placard or plate.

Food and drinks are sold onsite. Guests may bring food in a clear one-gallon bag and up to one gallon of water in a sealed or empty bottle; outside alcohol is prohibited.

Guests who leave cannot re-enter without another ticket.

The amphitheater FAQ does not give a specific will-call pickup procedure for concerts.
