Each ticket holder may bring one clear bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches or a one-gallon freezer bag, plus one separate clutch up to 5.5 × 8.5 inches. Medically necessary bags are inspected and tagged.
Guests with medical bags can have them checked and tagged by supervisors at each main entrance; event-specific opening times are posted with the show.
The venue lists downtown Greenville public garages and privately operated event lots. Limited accessible parking in its VIP lot costs $5 and is first come first served.
Rideshare pickup and drop-off are at the on-site GSP International Airport Box Office near the First Citizens Bank entrance, at North Academy and East North Streets.
Accessible parking is in the VIP lot between the Church Street garage and the arena, costs $5 and is limited. Contact venue staff for accessible seating and entry.
