The updated 2026 policy allows bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches and clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches; guests and bags may be searched. Backpacks, fanny packs and larger bags are prohibited.

Guests and bags are subject to search or wanding at entry. General admission permits standing-room access to the showroom on concert nights; reserved tickets include an assigned seat.

The nearly 20-acre lot is across Stockyards Boulevard east of Cooper’s BBQ. Published rates are $7 Monday–Wednesday, $10 Thursday and $15 Friday–Sunday, plus fees; Friday and Saturday valet is $20 plus fees.

The venue FAQ does not publish a specific rideshare pickup or drop-off area.

The main lot has 22 accessible parking spaces and charges the usual parking fee. Contact the box office about a particular show’s accessible arrangements.

The onsite restaurant sells barbecue, burgers, catfish, appetizers, desserts and drinks. Entry to the club is required even if you only plan to eat.

Concert tickets may be held at will call for pickup or accessed with the AXS mobile app. The FAQ does not publish a fixed pickup time for will-call orders.
