The Apollo’s Historic Theater

Bags are searched and must fit comfortably under the guest’s seat; oversized bags are prohibited.

All people and bags are searched at entry. The Historic Theater is currently closed for renovation and its visitor page does not publish a universal future concert door time.

The Apollo suggests nearby third-party parking at Park 127th LLC, 340 St Nicholas Avenue, and a garage on West 127th Street; these are not venue-operated.

The visitor page offers transit and taxi directions but does not designate an Apollo rideshare pickup point.

The Historic Theater has 12 orchestra wheelchair seating locations and an elevator to seating levels; contact the box office for assistance. The Historic Theater is closed for renovation with reopening expected in late 2026.

The Apollo prohibits outside food and beverages and offers accommodations for medical needs on request.

The Apollo visitor guidance does not publish a general re-entry policy for performances.

The Apollo lists box office hours Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, noon–5 p.m., but does not specify a concert will-call pickup procedure.
