Nonclear bags up to 6 × 9 inches are allowed. Larger bags must be clear and no bigger than 12 × 12 × 6 inches; mesh does not count as clear, and medical or diaper bags are searched.

Guest Services booths operate at the East and West gates. Concert-specific gate opening times are published close to the event on its Know Before You Go page.

Concert parking usually opens two to three hours before showtime; arrival and pass instructions depend on the ticket and lot. Parking spaces are first come first served within each lot.

All rideshare and other passenger pickups and drop-offs use 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

Guest Services is at the East and West gates and can provide wheelchair rides to seats. Medical device bags are permitted after inspection.

Food and beverages are sold onsite; most outside food is prohibited. Each guest may bring one empty refillable bottle or a sealed water bottle up to one gallon, and guests with medical or dietary needs may bring food in a clear one-gallon bag.

There is no re-entry after leaving; returning requires a new ticket.

The box office opens Fridays 10 a.m.–4 p.m., show days Monday–Saturday at 10 a.m., and Sunday show days at noon. The venue FAQ does not state a general will-call collection process.
