Bags must be no larger than A4 and no thicker than 10 cm; single-compartment canvas bags are also allowed. Larger bags cannot be stored in the venue lockers.
Doors usually open at 6:30 p.m., but check the concert page for the actual time.
Nearby parking garages P3, P4, P5 and P6 serve the venue; ParkBee listings include spaces 2–15 minutes away on foot.
AFAS Live directs car pickup and drop-off to the short-stay zone at the P1 ArenA garage near its south entrance; this is general car pickup guidance.
The main entrance is step-free and the ground floor is level; accessible toilets, a lift and wheelchair viewing areas are available.
Food and drinks are sold at venue bars; guests cannot bring outside food or drinks except with advance medical or allergy permission.
Guests who leave during an event are normally not readmitted.
The venue sells remaining tickets at its box office on show evenings but does not handle the original ticket seller’s order; contact the seller about missing tickets.
