There is limited car parking available in The Point Village carpark, which is not operated by 3Arena. Due to potential traffic congestion on show nights, public transport is recommended.

Bars and retail units throughout 3Arena serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks plus confectionery and snacks. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, and the venue says it does not have sit-down food areas.
